A bit of a vent and advice needed....
I'm an animal lover like the next person, but if my dog is not allowed to crap on other people's lawns, neither should cats!
I walked outside this morning to take my dog out to do her business and my backyard REEKS of cat poop and when I got the paper this morning, same smell welcomed me in the front yard.
It is one of the most unwelcoming smells ever! YUCK!
Last year, a few of you recommended moth balls. We threw down so many of them along the perimeter of the house without any luck.
So, I need more ideas on how to make them go away. PLEASE!

it is one of the main reasons we are keeping our cat indoors, she is not happy but i started to get annoyed bleaching our porch because cats were coming over to do their business underneath it.

Honestly, I suggest saying something to your neighbor. I know it's not the most comfortable thing to do, but sometimes people need to hear it as a wake up call.
My neighbor has 2 cats and they used to piss all over my front lawn & bushes and it smelt gross. We finally said something to them and it stopped, not sure if they started to keep them inside or what.
