I sent out an item to Denmark on 8/18/07. The person never received the item. She filed a claim with the Danish post office, but they can not locate it. I e-mailed the US Post Office, and they said since it was sent First Class International, there is nothing they can do. What should I do now? Should I contact the buyer and offer to refund 1/2 of her money? Any one have something like this happen before?

My next question, I sold an item to someone and when they paid for it they wrote that if I had any more of this item they would be interested in purchasing them. Can I contact this person directly? Or do I just list the item and notify her I am selling another one?
