A lesson i just learned
Alway's have a shower mat in your shower/bathtub.... I just had a accident i was shaving and the bathtub was slippery and i fell backwards out of the shower and hit my head a little and now my darn foot hurts.... How stupid can i be. and to top it of the rail fell down on me...Go Me!!!

Thanks chris i think i scared the bejesus out of Dh he came running in and was like what happened.... than he yelled at me ,well not really yelled just spoke in a way that i should have known to have a bathmat in the shower, which he is right.

whoah! I have learned that same lesson a few years ago when I felt like I was ice skating in my shower!
