Maybe I am just tired because I have been at my dr at 6:16am almost everyday this week and then I have to rush to the LIRR to get to work... Sunday I had 3 follies going. As of today, one has matured. I have to go back tomorrow for another check and then, depending on what happens, I will get the Ovidrel tomorrow or Fri with the IUI Fri or Sat. I know it only takes one egg, but do you think I have good odds with only one egg? DH and I don't have any issues, just unexplained infertility. Anyone get a positive result with only one mature follicle?
It does only take one - which is so important to keep in mind. I had the same situation - only one mature follie - and am currently in my 2ww. I know how you feel but try to stay positive!!! Most "normal" people only release 1 egg and they get pregnant!! Good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks! I am going to keep a positive attitude because I know that makes a world of difference. I will just keep saying "It only takes one" over and over again I guess I was wishing the clomid would have pumped out more- I like to play the odds Good luck to you
A lot of people do unmedicated IUIs which normally result in just one egg - that's what we are doing! I definitely think you have a chance! Good luck this weekend!

Lucky you...my Dr's office opens much later (7:30): so I'm very late to work each time (I'm usually at work at 6:30)...getting more & more difficult to explain....eventually I'll just have to lose cycles because of it...and pray hard for weekends. I get monitored less frequently (probably because of this).
It DOES only take 1 good egg...but what does your Dr say about a plan for next time? Does he/she think your does didn't work for you, or is it just by chance that of 3...only 1 matured? Maybe an increased dose of Clomid? The Dr would know the best...
