They have gained weight terifficly! My DD was born at 33 weeks and 4.2lbs. I hope they are able to remove the CPAP soon, so they can come home.

thanks for the update..twins are doing so well and gaing weight which is wonderful to here. Reese stayed on the CPAP for a long time and then all of a sudden she didnt' need it. When was your due date? Are they having a lot of Apnea? I bet you feel like the NICU is your life and you can't move forward with anything..I started to feel like that. Thanks for the update..i think about you and your preemies all the time..hang in there..this will be a memory one day.

My due date was aug. 25. they don't seem to be having a lot of apnea, they just need the constant high settings of CPAP. the nicu definitely feels like our lives. I just want to see a remarkable turnaround at this point but I have to be patient (so they say).

GREAT GREAT NEWS..I am so glad your babies are doing well. It is just amazing how much modern medicine can help these children now....I'll keep looking for these wonderful updates!
