A somewhat spin on my vent-BTDT-how long PP before you could wear your rings?
This is one of the things that upsets me so much, maybe because I love my rings so much, maybe because I get those "looks" since I can look very young and I am obviously preggo.
How long until you wore your rings again? I know this is different for everyone, but I wanted to get a timeframe.

With DS, I had to take them off around the 25 week mark (it was the summer) and I only got them back on 6/7 months after giving birth. I think most people get them on faster though.
Right now, at 22 weeks, I still have them on comfortably.

Seriously Michelle- we mut have been separated at birth. I Just said this to DH last night.

I'm 3 weeks PP and still can't wear them... sorry!
It sucks, but I'm used to it. I also kept my last name, so people really must be wondering.
I know a lot of gals get fake rings, I haven't done it... My band almost fits, my E-ring is slightly smaller.

Maybe a week -
I don't remember when I had to take them off .........late 20/early 30 weeks I think .......I wore a bigger band on my ring finger b/c I look young too and hated those looks !!

i just stopped at around 30-31 weeks, I could get then on in the AM but then my finger would swell during the day and they would be so uncomfortable
ETA- I do wear a fake wedding band and engagement ring as I look young LOL

I took mine off around 27 weeks pg the 1st time around. Then I gained weight PP and wasn't able to put them back on. I still can't so I haven't worn my rings in over 2 years. I told my DH that once I give birth this time around I'm getting my butt in gear and losing weight so I can wear my rings again.

I know exactly what up mean about the looks people give. I cant stand it!! I want to wear my rings so bad..I have a quick story. I was delivering the school district mail one day at work and had to go into an elementary school. A woman was there signing her kid out. After I left she actually said to the office lady, its a shame babies r having babies.. .. The office lady had to tell me the next time she saw me...Lady Iam 28 years old and married!!

I had mine resized this Christmas. I was so mad, but the old sizes were NOT happening. So 11 months.

I had to take mine off at 24 weeks and at about 3 months PP i would wear them here and there but honestly they're platinum and i break out in eczma from my wedding ring. Had an appt with a dermatologist and then found out i was preggo with #3 and figured i'd wait till after this baby is born to see why i can't wear them.

I'm 27 weeks and still wearing mine. Sometimes I can't wear the e-ring but haven't had to go without the wedding band yet.

I think last time around I was around 30 weeks when I had to take them off and maybe 6 weeks PP I was able to get them back on.

i only stopped wearing them the day before my water broke - i was very swollen. I put them back on the day i got home from the hospital

With DS I think I stopped wearing them around 20 weeks or so and managed to squezze them back on about a month pp. I just took mine of this week (34 weeks) so I'm hoping to have them back even sooner this time.
