I know exactly what up mean about the looks people give. I cant stand it!! I want to wear my rings so bad..I have a quick story. I was delivering the school district mail one day at work and had to go into an elementary school. A woman was there signing her kid out. After I left she actually said to the office lady, its a shame babies r having babies.. .. The office lady had to tell me the next time she saw me...Lady Iam 28 years old and married!!
 I would have loved to have been there just to tell the lady who said that-just so you know, I am a happily married 28 year old woman who consciously made the decision to start a family. It is a shame however that rude people like you procreate and spread the rudeness gene to your kids!

this doesnt answer your post...but for those of u who cant wear them....would u consider putting them on a necklace just so u were "wearing" them?
To answer your question, yes I do. But people don't usually see them and one person who did said it was cute how I wore my mother's rings on my necklace!   I said-Nooo, they are mine and I can't wear them because I am pregnant! I have them on my necklace daily. I can't bear to be without them!

I stopped wearing mine at around 30wks and it took a few weeks PP-I don't remember exactly but maybe 4 wks to get them back on(I am 13wks PP now and I have definitely had them on a while already). They aren't as loose as they used to be though.
ETA: I am afraid that if/when I get pregnant again they won't fit after that time since they are tighter than before.

By 30 weeks had to take them off.
By 6 weeks they were back on!

Even with a considerable amount of water weight gain at the end of my pregnancy I was able to wear my engagement ring and wedding band throughout my entire pregnancy. I never had a problem getting them on or off thankfully.

I was able to wear my e-ring until my 8th month, my wedding band until my 9th.
I wore another band in the interim. I can't not have a ring on my finger.
I was able to put my wedding band back on about a month after DD was born but I couldn't comfortably wear my e-ring for about 6 months.

I think I stopped wearing mine about 34-35 weeks, switched to a different ring DH got me and then stopped wearing that at 37-38 weeks I think. Still pregnant so I'm not sure when I'll wear them again but my swelling varies from day to day so I'm hopeful it won't be too long. I would not wear mine on a necklace - seems too easy to get snatched but I'm paranoid that way.

I took them off Thanksgiving weekend (had Ethan on 12/22) They were back on my snausages (I mean fingers) as soon as I got home!

Ugh, I am wondering the same thing. I had to stop wearing mine around 14 (YES, 14!) weeks! I was wearing my anniversary band since that one was a bigger size, but had to stop around 22 weeks.
I got sized and my ring size has gone up just about THREE sizes!!!  My fingers are WAY swollen (they hurt actually). So I can't wait to see if they ever go back to normal!! I hope so!
I also hate the idea of getting looks being prego with no ring, so I have to wear something!!!

Yup, that is me! I think the consensus is 6 months. Maybe God will have mercy on our souls and make it 6 weeks!

I never had to take them off completely. I had a friend who had to take them off and she bought a simple ring with a few CZ in a larger size. It just made her feel better to have something to wear for the time being. She couldn't wear her regular rings for months after, so she was very happy with her decision.

My band almost fits, my E-ring is slightly smaller.

Put them away around 35 weeks. By 6 weeks PP I had them back on.
