Well, since baby #3 is a , she and Alyson will be sharing the larger bedroom that Alyson is already in.
How does this work? The new baby will sleep with us for awhile, of course.
How does it work with bedtimes, etc?

I don't know how it works, but wanted to say that my friend who has 3 (boy-girl-boy) has the oldest boy and girl sharing a room for now (they are 4 and 2) and the baby (3 months) will go in the nursery.
Have you considered doing something like that?

Nate and Jayden share a room and it works out fine. Jayden moved into the room when he was 5 months. At that time they were both going to sleep at the same time. There were a few times that Jayden would be up, so we'd just put Nate to bed at his normal time and then Jayden later.

my 2 yo and 7 month hold girls share a room. I put the 2 yo old to bed first and then the 7mo old goes in about a 1/2 hr later after her last bottle. I did not put them together until the baby was sleeping through the night.

Similar situation here. I put my 2 year old son to bed first and then my 10 month old after his last bottle. They have been sleeping in the same room for almost 5 months now.
Oh, I also wanted to add that they both sleep through the night and hardly wake each other up.
