Abnormal Endo Biopsy results
Got my results back from my endo biopsy last week (we were doing a mock cycle) and Dr. said my uterine lining was not as advanced as it should have been for the stage of the cycle I was in. The lining was the right thickness and my progesterone and estrogen levels were fine. I'm reading online and see some controversy over the end bio. Some articles say that the results can be skewed if not done at the exact right time in the cycle. But, after two failed IVF cycles (no implantation) I'm thinking the results may be right. Does anyone have any experience with this and/or any insight as to what would be done to resolve?

Re: Abnormal Endo Biopsy results
The only thing I can think of is the 3 month lupron depot protocol to help the uterus. But, then most RE's don't do the biopsy because they believe the results are "inconclusive". Supposedly you are missing a protein in your lining and doing three months of lupron is supposed to reset it so to speak. Other than that i have no idea. I have a uterine implantation issue as well and I'm having trouble finding anything on Dr. Google that is helpful. My Doc's have nothing left either.

Re: Abnormal Endo Biopsy results
Thanks for the reply! The doc did mention the Lupron Depot but to be honest I've read about it and have seen some pretty bad stories about what it does to you. I'm not sure I'm willing to put myself through that. I've seen people who said they lost their jobs because the mood swings were so bad. Part of me is willing to do anything to make this work and then part of me says I have to stop putting my body through this - it's unnatural and feels harmful. The fun continues...
