Also - just a reminder, I would get a new car seat for your son. Put a claim through their insurance company for that, they have to pay for it!

OMG..... I think I would be in jail right now. I would keep calling the bus company to make sure they do something, but they will probably just lie to you.

Good thing you guys are okay 
A bus ran into the side of my sister's car a couple of years ago and it was literally stuck to her car wedged in the mirror. It took them forever to get it off and it did some damage. She got a check pretty quickly from the bus company though.
