There is no way that this was just a case of workplace violence. A person who gets mad at work doesn't leave and comes back with his wife in body armour to shoot everyone and have bombs in their apartment. Wouldn't the wife try to calm him down rather than leave her baby and possibly get killed? I know we don't have all the facts BUT, I think we all need to stop being so politically correct. It's important to know they are Muslim bc that could point to radicalism. Of course MOST Muslims are good people but right now, the world is having an issue with the small number of Muslims who are not good people. We can't be naive to that fact.

With the exception of the PP shooting, it isn't normally said if the shooter is Christian or whatever religion they are.
I also think we can't be blind to the fact that it's a slippery slope with the way we are questioning if everything that is going wrong is done by a Muslim. It isn't about being "politically correct". It's about being a decent human being.
Without facts, I really can't say anything. Statistically, it's more likely to be anger at something job related. It also does seem to be planned ahead.
ETA: I also think suspecting that a Muslim person did it takes away from the gun control issue.

Re: Active shooter reported in San Bernardino, California
KingKlang, I guess we will have some answers soon. I hope you are right but it looks like terrorism to me. This man found his wife online from Saudia Arabia, she was a pharmacist, he started to become more religious and grew a beard. They also had a bomb making factory in their garage and they wore cameras to the attack. If my husband came home from work saying he wanted to shoot people, I would stop him and call the police. I wouldn't put on body armor and a camera and join him. I also wouldn't drop my baby off at my mothers house and then shoot at cops from my car bc my husband was mad at someone at work.

Yes, CNN also mentioned that he may have had workplace grievances. So which is it? CNN sucks anyway. They are getting worse each day.

Sounds like it could be both? Radical and identified a target based on his grievances rather than completely random.
Either way, so sad and scary. Many prayers for all the victims and for all of us.

A mommy from my April birth group, her husband was in the party. He's still, unaccounted for. She's assuming the worst now. Her sweet baby girl is 20m like my daughter. I'm heartbroken for her. And sick that she still has no official word
Omg. How can they let it drag on that long for families?!
I am so sorry; I'm praying for the best.
Has the family tried this number? (800) 637-6653
I read that it is a hotline for people who think their loved ones may have been victims.

Active shooter reported in San Bernardino, California
I feel like it's a neverending conundrum.
People want their second amendment. They went the right to bear arms.
We have cultivated a gun-happy society.
Any kind of meaningful gun control is blocked.
The only way to stop this is to stop politicizing gun control and allowing it to be at the mercy of the NRA and politicians.
Everyday citizens of this country don't need access to guns like this, period.

Active shooter reported in San Bernardino, California
From what I have heard, when the gunfire went off the sprinklers in the room also went off and flooded everything. They also then discovered the possible explosive inside. So they all had to back out and secure those things before they could even get inside to tend to the bodies of the victims. They said it was not until almost morning before that happened. Then they have to identify via fingerprints, which also takes time. It's a long process.
