I have one but the older model. (2006) I think they are the same size inside though. The third row is not as great as I thought it would be. It is not very comfortable for an adult (there isn't a lot of leg room) and once you put in two car seats in the 2nd row, it's really hard to get back there. Also, I personally wouldn't put my kids back there b/c the seats are very close to the back door when up. Also, once those seats are up your trunk space is minimal.
Eta: besides the third row thing, I love it. It runs smooth,have never had a problem and it's good on gas.

I have a 2009 MDX. I got it because I needed a car to accomodate 3 car seats. i love it. The only con I see is that I am super short so getting in and out is hard. I do have the runner thing on the side to help me get up and down.
I do not use the 3rd row.

ITA with this I LOVE my MDX but the third row is eehhhh. I have 2 car seats, and ppl have to climb into the seat from the trunk It's doable for younger peeps 
Only thing I dissagree with is the gas mine is AWFUL! I drive from queesn to LI and get 14.8 MPG as per the computer on the truck

I drive back and forth to queens too and usually get about anywhere b/w 18-19mpg. I'm going to double check the computer. I drive a lot and I usually fill it up once a week (91 or 93) for about $45-50. I usually don't let it get under 1/4 tank. My friend recently got a truck that gets 10mpg
Eta: just checked the computer and mine says average is 17mpg
