Adding a porch to the front of the house?
Has anyone added a porch to their house? Some of our neighbors have PVC porchs, we have the space and could totally do it. I have no idea what something like this costs, can anyone share? thanks

Adding a porch to the front of the house?
A few years ago we were renovating and adding on to our house and were told it would be about $15k. We would also need a variance (more $) because it would make our front yard too small.

I was told anywhere from $15k - $25k. Depends on size, shape, over hang, materials used.
I cannot wait to add our porch. But we have a long wait before that happens lol

Ours is not PVC but we added one a few years ago. I am in NC and it cost us about 11k. So happy we did it!

what material is it? I see mostly PVC but I am not set on it..do you have any pics??
