adding canned pumpkin to corn bread?
i want to make the cornbread a bit healthier, do you think it would be gross to add canned pumpkin to the mix?
i've used it in chocolate cake and u dont notice it in that...

I don't know...I love pumpkin and I love corn bread, but I'm not loving the idea of them together. At the very least it might give the cornbread a really odd color.
