Whenever I'm feeding a group of adults for the sake of entertaining their kids, I go with the lesser amount of pies and have the pizzeria cut them into 12 slices instead of 8 or better yet get smaller cut sicilian. The adults are generally eating just for the sake of being social, and it's less awkward to stand around with a full sized slice in your hand.
But if they were cut in half I'd eat 2- which equals one full slice. Because I'm hungry and have zero fuks to give. I want my pizza. A full slice at least!

Adult food at kid party
So I caved and ordered 4, sliced regular lol. So now I only have to stress about where to put all the leftovers afterward in my already overcrowded house.

how is that possible?? Did no one eat not even the kids. I wonder if they ordered more for the kids then 2 pies. How many kids were there? I imagine that you had to go through at leas one whole pie just for the kids. Did none of the kids ask for second slices?
What time was the party?
I always have left over but never that much!

So, a total of 6 pies, and there was almost 4 full pies left over for about 30 people? (Combining all adult and kid numbers), so 20 slices for 35 people?
That's extremely unusual, and definitely not something you can plan for...

So there were 6 pies total and the kids were sliced in 16 I think. There were 2 pies eaten plus 1-2 slices from each of the two pies we took home. There were about 15 kids and 20 adults. Crazy.

That is weird. I always eat a slice. I feel badly not. We all know the parent paid for those slices whether we eat them or not. And pizza is delicious!
