Advice for 1st Time Traveling w/ 1-year old
My husband and I will be traveling to Florida with our 1-year old for the first time.
Would love to know if you suggest traveling with a car seat or how you handled that part.
We're renting a car in FL and we plan to bring the umbrella stroller.
Any and all tips are welcome, as well as prayers for a sleepy baby on the flight :)
TIA!

Advice for 1st Time Traveling w/ 1-year old
I took DS to Disney in Nov. He was 11 months. We brought our City Mini with us because he could recline and sleep at the pool, disney or out at night.
We rented a car down there and rented a car seat fromt eh car rental place. It was perfectly clean and looked brand new. Was wrapped in plastic when we got it. We did have to install it ourselves but it was a basic car seat so not difficult.
I travel very light with DS. I bring clothes and a few toys and enough food/formula to get through a few hours. I make a run to target/Walmart and stock up on things. Not worth it to lug so much stuff down if you are getting a car down there.

Great to know that you can rent a car seat - we'll give Enterprise a call and hopefully they can accommodate.
Appreciate the tips!
