advice needed: moving my 19 month old into another bedroom
Is it going to be a disaster? He's staying in the same crib, but we're moving him into the room next door so that the new baby can have his room. He's the type that definitely likes his routine and he's not exactly "easy going". How did your toddlers do with this transition?

When I moved, DS was just over 2. We explained to him that we needed to share the old house and it was someone elses turn. We also played up that he was a big boy and his old room was for a baby and he was going to get a big boy room with X, Y AND Z!!!
I made him a sign that said Logan's room. I tried to keep as much the same - furniture layout, toy placement.
Just really upbeat and WOW'ish! It went well!
