Advice on how to handle this "situation"

DH & I have a 7 yr old pup (female) and a 1yr old pup (male). The female is a licker. She loves to lick feet, the carpet, and furniture. Well recently, she has taken to licking the 1 yr pup......EVERY WHERE
She starts @ his ears and makes her way down. When she gets and stays in the nether regions, she simulates humping. ummmm.....should we ignore it, push her way? I honestly dont know how to handle it. The male pup seems to have no prob w/it. DH is convinced he is fine w/it . When its just us home its one thing but she does it in front of company too.

Any advice? TIA

FYI...they are both fixed.

My dogs both do this, too. It's gross and uncomfortable, but dogs will be dogs. Sometimes I try to separate them and they listen pretty well, but if they aren't bothering anyone, I just let them go. But when it's in my face, I tell them to stop.
