After a gel manicure-
What do you do to your nails to bring them back to life?
I had two gel manicures in a row (usually I space them out so my nails can "breathe" but this time I couldn't)
I picked off my gel nail polish after a whole day at the beach and of course now my nails look like hell
Anything I can do to help them?
Leave them alone?
Throw on a clear regular nail polish?

I usually will just file and add clear or add a dark polish on (seems to strengthen mine a little). Fwiw, I'm always biting so usually the only thing that will help them recover is to go get another gel mani. LOL.

I use Nailtique. It really helped my nails after they got ruined from too many gel manicures
