After my emotional week, I am offically out
I can't believe it. I really thought I was pregnant and that the tests were just not picking it up. I have never been a week late with my period. Is it common for your cycle to just all of a sudden change? If I now have a 35 day cycle is there a way to figure out when I will O without a monitor?

Oh (sigh) I am sorry. It will happen. Cycles can change for any number of reasons. Hopefully next month you are back to normal.

You can try charting your temp for a month or 2 to get a better idea of what day you ovulate in a typical month. Of course you can TTC while you are temping but you need a good 2 months of temping in order to figure out when you are ovulating.
Typically you ovulate about 12-14 days before AF arrives so if you are now on a 35 day cycle I would say you probably ovulate around day 19-21 which means you should start BD around day 16 or 17 to be on the safe side.

I am sorry I went through that 2 months ago too & it was quite fustrating. I can honestly say though, my cycles went back to normal & are seeming to stay that way.
