Air Pockets (Gas Pains)

I experienced this after my C-Section 2 years ago. The pain was in my shoulder and it made me cry, that's how bad it was.

Well last night out of nowhere I felt that pain again. Don't know why. Maybe it was the weather that triggered who knows. But it was so bad. I couldn't move. I was in the middle of feeding DS and I had to stop and go lay down on the couch. It lasted for like 2 and a half hours but it felt like forever.

For those of you that have had C-Section and experienced this gas pains do you still occasionally get them? This was the first time since I was in the hospital that I got these air pocket pains in my shoulder again.

I don't get them in my shoulder, but in my belly. However, I am only 5 1/2 months pp. sometimes the pain is so bad I feel like I am going to double over.
