All contracts signed and house off of MLS!!!
Yippee skippy!!!! That was a rough 2 weeks!!
Let my shopping spree continue!
So far I have gotten all new bedding, all new towels and entire bathroom set and 1 chandelier!! I am a maniac!

Me to, I have been the same way. I bought all new dishes and everything that goes with it.

FYI: We were advised by a couple of mortage brokers to put off any big shopping trips until post closing. So our couches, computer desk, and new bedroom set will have to wait.
