Almost booked w/ Italy - (Globus) another question...
Has anyone stayed/visited the isle of Capri?
Our tour will include and overnight there and I was wondering if it was as nice to stay there as it would be else where on the Amalfi coast (like Sorrento).

I have been for a daytrip and I wish I could have stayed more. 
If you get the chance do it! It was one of my favourite places in Italy.

we did a cosmos tour (part of globus) last summer. we stayed in sorrento which was gorgeous and we did a day trip of capri. i would have been very happy to stay overnight on capri. it was very touristy during the day and i've heard that it is really different and nice at night. don't get me wrong - it was gorgeous during the day but we went in july so it was crazy hot and crowded.

we stayed in Positano for a week, and did day trips to Capri, Amalfi, Sorrento, Ravello, etc.
An overnight on Capri will be lovely.
