Almost doubling betas
Got a BFP on the 6th with a beta of 113. The follow up betas were
378, 500, and today's beta at 5 weeks was almost doubled at 980.
Doesn't look good huh? The doctor said I was on the border and that the bloodwork/sono on Monday would be the real test.
I guess I jinxed myself by coming out too soon.
Update:
I had another beta and sono today. The dr. could see the sac better but says its measuring smaller than he would like. My beta only went up about 62% this time. I think I may be headed for a MC :(

I wouldn't worry just yet. My betas did not double, but rose, and I had a healthy baby boy. Good luck!!

I heard this too! Try not to freak out just yet. Hoping your sticky bean keeps growing and growing!

I wouldn't worry just yet. They are still rising. Maybe you aren't as far along as you think? Maybe late implantation? Sending you tons of sticky dust!!! ::

Mine stopped doubling around 1,000 and I have a healthy baby boy! Not everyone's betas double and mine was only around 1100 I think around 5 weeks.

Betas only double very early on and the doubling time can vary drastically - all wiht normal pregnancies. Eventually betas slow down and will take 3 or 4 days to double. (And actually, after the 1st tri you beta begins to drop the entire rest of your pregnancy.) But anyway, I wouldn't worry yet. Next week they'll do a sono and then you'll know for sure what's going on.
