Am I the only one who is totally uncomfortable without a bra?
I hear how everyone can't wait to get home and rip their bras off, I see women like Brittany Spears running around braless all the time, and yet, I find NOT wearing a bra so much more uncomfortable than wearing one
I have a dress on today that would only work with a strapless bra. I put one on but by the time I was ready to leave the house, the thing was down around my rib cage. Strapless bras are awful IMO.
So I ripped it off and figured I can go without a bra. The dress is cut such that you really can't tell I am not wearing a bra and it's dark with a print all over so it's not like you can see nip or anything. 
And I have a small chest so support really isn't an issue.
Let me tell you, I cannot wait to go home and PUT a bra ON. I feel so uncomfortable, I feel like the fabric is just rubbing against my nips, I feel like my boobs are just hanging and I just feel overall like I want to scream.
Am I the only nut who enjoys the support of a bra? I sometimes sleep in one too because it just feels more comfortable to me!

I am NEVER without a bra. I even sleep in a sports bra. Every. Single. Night.

And forget it when AF is on the way. My boobs get so sore and sensitive that if I don't wear a bra, I am in so much pain.
I have to sleep in a tight sports bra for a week before I get my period.

I can't imagine going around without a bra every day - super uncomfortable! I don't sleep in one, but that's the only time I go without

I'm large chested so I have to wear a bra when I am out but even at home I have a sports bra on. I feel very uncomfortable without one, mostly because they hang way too low

I love being without a bra!! And I used to be different but my doc YELLED at me for wearing bras too much - especially to bed. I was like but I'm so used to it. So he's like go braless for one whole week and you'll get used to it and never want to go back. I did and he was right...
BUT I use nipple covers. Now, NOBODY wants to see NIP except the guy in my avatar pic.
ETA - I will say this, I feel OK because I have good lift and support. And of course there are still times I wear them.
If I did not have good support/lift, I'm sure I would feel uncomfortable.
I love the summers because I can wear halters, certain shirts, strapless dresses, etc. without having to worry about a bra.
But the nipple covers are my life-line.

I take off my bra as soon as I get home and know I'm staying home for the rest of the day. I never sleep in one either. I like feeling freeee lol i could never go without wearing one out of the house though. I need the support.

I just think I have very sensitive boobies.
I need a bra, and one with a little padding, to protect them from feeling irritated all day.
Like they feel right now.
I can't wait to go home and rip this effing dress off and put on a bra!!!

I'd rather go commando than wear a thong. 100000%! They are the WORST. But I sleep in my bra... I know you're not supposed to, but I find it pretty comfy.

I sleep in a tank top with a shelf bra and I do take the bra off when I know I am home for the night.

ever since having my first child four years ago, i have worn a bra 24/7. they've become big and it just doesn't feel right without one anymore. i can totally relate to the fabric rubbing against them feeling. i hate that too.

I hate Bras. Always had such a hard time wearing them. For some reason I can't stand the pressure on me, but i'm that way with a lot of clothing. I have drawers of bras that i bought and wore once. I have 4 sports bra that are so worn out but I really can deal with any other types. I also like that genie bra but a lot of them don't have padding so nips pop right out lol.

He said it can constrict the breast tissue and muscles... And cause a lack of sensation and nerve issues. He said that doing so could also restrict blood flow. He said that he has had women who do this get numbness and tingling in their breasts after doing so for long periods. He also told me never, ever to wear underwear to bed either. Another thing I had been doing and have not since! Whoops :)

He sounds like a freak 
All I picture is him imagining his patients with no bras or underwear on.

I wear a bra every day. I am very busty and need the support but if I am relaxing at home or sleeping I do not wear a bra. Like Dani's doctor my doctor told me not to sleepin one- except while I was nursing my did--he did not mention the panty thing though.

I need to wear one out in public. I have no choice if I want to look at least somewhat decent. But if I don't have to wear one -- like on weekends where we're just hanging around the house... I am swinging free! I literally breathe a sigh of relief when I take my bra off. It's such an amazing feeling.
