Anatomy Scan & Level II?
They're slightly different. My OB's office doesn't have a machine capable of doing a detailed Level II scan. They do a basic anatomy scan and if there are any issues, they send you elsewhere to a perinatologist for a Level II ultrasound. We had to have that with DD because at the anatomy scan, they saw a white spot on her heart. The specialist said that with their equipment, they considered it "absolutely nothing" and were not at all concerned.
Usually you'll have one or the other, unless there's a complication of some sort like I explained above.

This. They are somewhat different. For me, I only get an anatomy scan at 20 weeks.
