ankle and feet swelling
When did yours start? I am 22 weeks, and mine started about a week and a half ago. Just wondering when it started for everyone else.

Re: ankle and feet swelling
i am 34 weeks...mine didnt start swelling until about a week ago. i think its bc its been so hot out lately. just make sure you drink tons of water and keep your feet elevated whenever possible.

Re: ankle and feet swelling
Mine started around 22 weeks when we had a bought of REALLY hot weather. I lowered my sodium intake and tried to increase my water intake and started sleeping with my legs elevated above my heart. The weather had gotten cooler for a while so that helped a lot. This week my ankles have been swelling no matter what I do. I am now 29 weeks.

Re: ankle and feet swelling
Mine started shortly after 20 weeks but not that bad. Here and there. It got progressively worse as time went on and now it's beyond horrendous. Nothing helps anymore either...

I'm 35.5 and hoping mine don't swell. I have noticed that my hands have swollen a little bit at times though. I actually only wore my wedding band yesterday and it felt so weird. I blame the high humidity!!!

I am so jealous of you!!!!!!!!!
I'm 29 weeks and I have slight, slight swelling. Nothing major, but it feels like it's going to get worse as the summer progresses.

I just hit the 24 week mark and mine don't swell daily; but on the warmer more humid days I've noticed by about 7pm they're starting to swell a bit...

Re: ankle and feet swelling
Im 32 weeks and mine started about a week ago, I had my Bi weekly apt this morning and he said to make sure to drink tons and tons of water and elevate my legs at least above my heart as much as I can. Also he said Laying on your left side helps the blood flow better. The Humidity definitely doesn't help at all!
