Feet and ankle swelling....
Okay, I know swelling is normal but I am a bit worried. I have noticed my right foot and ankle to feel a little bit swollen this afternoon (no pain, just swollen). This wouldn't bother so much but lazy me has been lounging around in the same sweatpants for the last couple of days. I noticed as I took my pants off there were indents around my skin that hinted the pants may have been a wee bit tight around my ankles. I am worried that this caused bad circulation or a blood clot and this is the discomfort I feel.
Am I overacting or is this just standard swelling (I am 29 weeks 1 day)? I mostly feel it in my feet.

TOTALLY normal. Its the heat and humidity. When lounging around, try to keep your feet elevated. Drink lots of water as well. I try to lay off the salt (yeah- right!).
