why is this news? it has nothing to do with the fact that the child has autism. it has to do with a mother who can't control her own children and ADMITS it. the child with autism actually looked the calmest of the bunch. and what in the world does having CP have to do with being unruly??? that is just a disgrace. this mother needs to stop using excuses and admit the truth--that she is one hot mess.
if you are out of control and running around on a flight, you don't deserve to be there. period. the austism and CP diagnoses aren't the real root of this problem

yup----totally agree. this wasn't just because of the autistic child...it was because the family had 4 kids on a plane and couldn't control them. you know its bad when the mother admits the kids were "being a little unruly"
i translate that to "they were effing out of control and pissssing off everyone the flight" 
sorry but they are people can't handle their kids. someone please tell that trashy PREGNANT sister to put AWAY the cigarettes.

This story should be titles, a family who cant control their kids gets booted off a flight. Autism was not the root of their problems.

Ok-- the mom and the prego sister both sounded drunk. AND she totally had a cig in her hand.
Even during the interview they all seemed to be bouncing off the walls. I can only imagine what they were like on the plane.
I think they see this as their "opportunity" and they want to try to milk it for all it *may* be worth... although, based on the responses on this thread, the public is obviously not believing them.

This story seems a lot different than the American Airlines one. My Dad just started a business that I hope will make a big difference in air travel for special needs kids. I'm really proud of it!
