another party at restaurant question... time

my first choice for location has given me their options/menu/costs.

alcohol is not only offered in "types," it's also offered by time.

how many hours are your average restaurant parties and/or how many hours have you offered an open bar?

the options are 1, 2, 3, or 4 hours.

For a party like a bday with a sit down meal i would say 3 hours and you need open bar the whole time

Restaurant parties are typically 3-4 hours. 4 hours is if you want to do something else - passed apps, opening gifts, etc. Otherwise, 3 hours is fine. You will need to serve drinks the entire time - whether that's per drink or open bar is up to you.
