Another question about whole wheat pasta...
does it fill you up WAY more the regular pasta?
I'm thinking that it must be because of the extra fiber -- that it just fills you up more...
I made whole wheat spagetti with brocolli rabe, shallots, garlic, in some chicken stock to make it moist tonight and it was really good but I couldn't eat anywhere near what I put on my plate --- which is a good thing --- so I'm thinking that the whole wheat pasta just filled me up more then regular pasta will.

It never filled me up more but I'm a pasta addict so I can consume mass quantities of any kind.

same for me, but it probably is more filling because it has more fiber.
