Another update, plus ?
I spoke with the psychologist the other day and while we still haven't had our CPSE meeting, it doesn't sound like they are going to recommend services for DS.
He is only 3 1/2, and has only attended a couple weeks of school, but bottom line, they evaluated him there and noticed no major issues. His teachers also have said the same.
Everyone I spoke to since has said this is certainly positive, and if things crop up later, it's easier to go back and get the help he may need.
If anything I feel a peace of mind that we at least followed through on this.
Anyone else been through anything similar?
The woman said that if we feel he needs services, we should certainly advocate for that, however, I don't want to push for something if he really may not need it.
