Anxiety over pre school near job not near home

i need help..ok i'm having anxiety LOL..do you think it matters if your child will be going to pre school with kids that he's not going to go to kindergarten with or do you not think it matters? There is no full day pre k where I live and he goes to daycare near my job. He is starting full day pre school (3 year old program) in Sept near my DH job so he won't be with kids from his town until Kindegarten. Levittown is so big and has 3 elementary schools so even if he did go near home he might not know any kids anyway. I think i might be going nuts!! :)

I don't have a child that age, but I don't think it matters...I didn't even go to pre-k...I am sure he will make plenty of friends in kindergarten!

I dont think its a bad thing or going to matter for Gavin.

My boss had her children in a local nursery/Pre-k and none of the kids went to same school in the end.
He made new friends. Like you said, Levittown is a big SD, so it would be more than likely that he wouldnt have any of the same kids in his classes.

As long as hes happy there and does well..all that matters

Never even thought it. DD will not be going to pre-school in our school district.
