pelvic bone pain-need your advice
SO , i have been having pelvic bone pain off and on now for 2 months..lately, it has gotten worse, last night was horrible..it is really hard to get my pants on and off, put on shoes and in the middle of the night can be awful even with my long bed pillow
I am 35 weeks pregnant and completely worried about a painful delivery or problems delivering bc of this...has anyone been through this, am i worrying for nothing...
I know i need to menchion this to my MD but i guess i blew it off as just a pregnancy symptom but now getting close to labor i am just sooo worried and afraid the baby will get stuck or something!!!

Re: pelvic bone pain-need your advice
I'm 31 weeks and have had a bit of pelvic bone pain recently, especially when trying to get up after sitting or lying down for a while. I think it's pretty normal b/c our bodies are preparing for labor. I'd definitely mention it to your doctor though.

I get this every night. It is painful to switch positions and get up from lying down. I plan to mention it to the doctor when I go on Monday.

Re: pelvic bone pain-need your advice
It's all very normal so don't worry. I had TERRIBLE pelvic pain at times throughout my pregnancy and the doc is right......all normal pregnancy symptoms. Your pelvic bones have separated to allow the baby to pass and on top of that your body is releasing hormones that are softening and relaxing all the ligaments around your pelvis which is why it feels loose and uncomfortable. Once the baby is here it will go back to normal over time. Feel better and don't worry.

I'm having the same issue and I am right ahead of you. I mentioned it to my doc a couple of wks ago and she told me its going to get worse and she was right. Going up and down the stairs is absolute torture and sitting up from laying is unbearable. Def mention it to the doc!

I have this too although feel it in my groin. It is the ligaments stretching and there is not much you can do. I try to turn over slowly in bed and get up slowly..and walk slowly-pretty much do EVERYTHING slowly. Unfortunately I don't think there is much you can do. if anything it will help you i labor as your pelvis is getting wider which is why it hurts
