Any breastfeeding mommies run? Need sports bra help!!!
I used to run way before babies. my boobs have changed. I need a very supportive sports bra but I guess one that is not too tight.

how about a slow jogging bf mom?
i use a regular underwire bra then a reg sports bra over it.

Ditto this! I have a nursing sports bra but it s u c k s!
I find the only way I feel comfortable is to double up

Oh trust me I am NOT running any marathons over here. It's a slow jog but my boobs cannot do it with the sports bras I own.

But does it affect your milk production. I know when people are trying to suppress milk production they wear tight right sports bras.

I haven't noticed anything. I don't think I wear it long enough for that to happen. I also make sure I nurse before I go. Not sure if that makes a difference...

I did that once and got mastitis  I'd rather have my boobs bouncing all over the place than have it again
