any cause for concern?
DD is an only child at the moment and has no friends or family nearby, except the mygym buddies she sees once a week.
for thanksgiving, family + her two cousins spent the week with us. she's been the happiest i've ever seen her. she's learned to walk to catch up with the girls (ages 6 and 2), babbles alot more and has just been ecstatic around the entire family. her face lights up as soon as she's up for the day and darts to the guest bedroom to see them first thing in the am.
they're all leaving tomorrow. i'm scared of what will happen once they're gone. i know every baby is different, but do babies feel saddness in situations like these? has anyone had something similar happen? i'm so afraid she'll really miss them all at home and be bored just staring at me all day like before. . any tips on what i can do to ease this transition back to boring normalcy?
appreciate your help

How nice that she had a wonderful time with her cousins! We too live far from most of our family- she only has her one cousin nearby. She will be fine- my DD has people come in and out of our home all the time. She misses them for about five minutes and she is almost 3. I am sure she will adjust to her old life with you just fine too.
