any new moms recently give birth at nsuh...
I'm curious about the sibling/no children ban because of swine flu....if it was lifted or not

good question. I cant really help you but I know I was not allowed to bring children to the level II sono at nsh bc of flu season.

yea i know i wasnt allowed to bring my dd to the ultrascreen so my mom watched her and we made plans for her to watch my dd in two wks for our level II just in case but im going to be so bummed if its not lifted for when i deliver

I just delivered there last week and the no kids under18 rule is still there. Its going to be until the flu seaon is over. I did see kids looking through the nursery glass windows at there siblings but there not allowed to come into contact with them or visit you in your room.

I gave birth in October and they let my 2 year old nepher visit even though the pamphlet said no one under 18...and I instructed my MIL-but apparantly no one wanted to listen to me. I did see other younger kids there too.

I went on the hospital tour 2 weeks ago and the ban was still very much in place. They had guards standing at the main doors too.
They even cut down the number of people visiting in the maternity ward. It went from 4 people at a time, to 2 people
