any one else having issues with poop training?

I know there are a bunch of us potty training here. I am looking for some advice. My dd has been pee pee trained since April. Never an incident.... but it seems like we are back and forth on the whole poopy thing. At times she will let me know when she needs to go, but often it is me seeing the face and alerting her that she needs the potty. With anyone besides me, it seems that she will go in her panties. I have tried cheering her on, tried treats, i have tried being nonchalant, and i have tried saying how I am very sad.
I hate the idea of going back to pull ups because i dont want to go backwards with the whole pee pee success.....
Im just confused here
