Any REA agents on...I have a question..
This is not for me but for a friend...
They found a house they wanted to see on MLS and asked the listing agent to see it. The LA said they were not showing it because they already had an accepted offer. I believe it came off of MLS. (Can't be sure) Now a month later it is back on MLS and they ask to see if the REA says that it house an accepted offer but they can see it now. Does that make sense? Can anyone explain why this would be??? Thanks

Re: Any REA agents on...I have a question..
The agent must have felt that they had a solid buyer. However, the offer may have fallen through. Most agents will show a house even with an accepted offer to get some backups just in case. I am an agent and I know when I call to show some houses they tell me it has an accepted offer but they are still showing.
Sorry for the late response, I just got on here.
Hope this helps.
