Any tips to deal with morning sickness
I eat a few small meals a day but the constant feeling that I have to run to the bathroom and get sick is really annoying
I thought it might just be the prenatal vitamins but now I take them before bed so im guessing this is something that will hopefully be gone soon

Try keeping salty foods like crackers or potato chips with you, my MIL says anything salt can be easly tolerated even in the morning. I read that the other day in the doctors office also.
sports drinks use to help me with DD. I loved watermelon also.

Ginger!
I lived on these Candied Ginger Chews from The Ginger People. I got them at Jandi's in Oceanside - they probably have them in any health food store
Feel better!

Re: Any tips to deal with morning sickness
I found watermelon to be the only help this time around. It was out of season, so i paid an arm and a leg, but it was worth it.

Re: Any tips to deal with morning sickness
Sorry. It stinks! I was throwing up every day until around week 18...it stinks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Make sure your stomach is NEVER empty.
For me, sour things helped (those preggo pops, or sour candy), carbs helped, ices...
No matter what, I still would get sick, so you kind of just have to deal with it, but definitely having food in my stomach at all times made a difference.
Some people say those seasick bracelets work. I never tried it.
Hope you feel better soon! It's definitely the worst part of pregnancy IMO.

This helped me too!!!!!!!!! I would literally eat it every day when I got home. It was also out of season when I needed it, but my mom and husband made sure it was in the house!

Re: Any tips to deal with morning sickness
Right now the only thing that is helping me is zofran. I wasnt bad until this week and I have already ended up in the hospital for dehydration.
So just try to get as much fluids as possible.

When I wasn't feeling well, I found that hard candy or the preggy pops helped. As hard as it is, always have a little something in your stomach.

Re: Any tips to deal with morning sickness
For the nausea crackers, jolly ranchers, chammomile tea and gingerale work for me.
If I have to puke...nothing is going to stop that. Thankfully most of the time it doesn't happen.

Re: Any tips to deal with morning sickness
I tried many things, most listed above which did help at times. One thing that helped me the most was as soon as I woke up before even sitting up in bed... I ate some pretzels. I kept a bag in my night table.
I also wore seabands for almost 2 straight months.
