where did you get it from? did you find the prices comparable, cheaper, higher?

I actually got my furniture from Walmart, same stuff I picked out at BRU but much cheaper and didn't have to pay for delivery. I didn't get crazy expensive furniture bc we are in a apartment now and wanted to wait to buy nicer when we buy a house soon.

I went with Behrs - I asked my friend what she spent at BBB and our numbers were pretty comparable

I got DS furniture at Bellini. I thought they were very expensive but excellent quality. This time I am doing a bit more shopping around. I will probably check out Behrs.

Our crib is from WalMart, it was under $300 and way better quality than most of the BRU cribs. I know, I was shocked too. We didn't see it in person, but we saw nothing but incredibly high reviews (and we read through HUNDREDS of reviews before deciding to buy a crib offline!). It was delivered within 2 days of ordering, and it was really easy to put together.

We did Bellini. Probably more on the expensive side, but thought the quality was worth it.

We bought our furniture at Behr's. There was no difference in the prices we saw other at places. We knew we wanted a convertible crib and this was the price range.

We got our furniture at Behr's. Some things were more money and other things were the same. So it really depends!

We got ours at Behr's too. I don't think it was any more expensive than sets I've seen at BRU and its a better quality.

I highly recommend the book Baby Bargains. It rates cribs and tells you about safety. I don't think it matters as much where you get the furniture as much as the brand. The material it is made out of and where it is made can be important. We are no where near shopping for a crib but I've already narrowed it down to a few brands and whichever stores carry more variety I will probably shop there.

Target has really nice modern looking furniture approx $200- $300 .. i am not really into traditional furniture but looking for cribs with amodern feel.

bought DD's crib at Behr's. We did not buy any additional furniture for her. The crib is beautiful but was expensive.

We bought our furniture at Brooklyn Baby World because they had stock of the furniture we wanted (except the crib which will be in in two weeks). We waited too long to order from anywhere else since delivery time takes forever. They had the stuff we wanted and we picked it right up from the store, so that worked for us.
