Anyone do Crossfit?
I am looking into starting Crossfit and I was wondering if anyone attends the sessions. If you do, can you provide some feedback, please?

Anyone do Crossfit?
might not be what you're looking for... i'm very new to the world of working out, so i found a "travel" crossfit plan online. it's supposed to be how to be able to keep working out when you're not at home and have no space or equipment.
it's obviously modified and simplified, but i've been sore doing it. i plan to do it until it becomes easy. by then, i'll know if it's something i want to stick with and invest money into.

That's pretty neat! Thanks for the feedback. I am a member of a gym and I go a few times a week. I am looking for "the next level" and a program with others to help me get there.

I love my box! It's in south Amityville. Where abouts are you. Mine is the best price I've found and I may be partial but my coaches are AMAZING!

I go to a CF in Oceanside. LOVE it. It is intimidating at first, but you settle in pretty fast.
