CROSSFIT!!!!
I am officially starting the elements class tonight! I am so psyched!! Is anyone else doing it right now?
I am only doing it twice a week in addition to running. I am curious about what kind of results to expect?

Which one are you going to? Be prepared for extreme soreness the first week or so, but you will love it! It's the best workout ever and you see results so quick. It's addicting. Although I haven't been back after having DD, but I plan to get back into it next month when a new facility opens up 5 mins from my house!

So far I LOVE it.
@Dani - it is a strength and conditioning program. It is kind of like circuit training but the workouts go really fast and you work your body differently then you would going to the gym. Check out this link: http://www.crossfit.com/cf-info/what-crossfit.html

DH works for the Gov and they use the program as a basis for their federal law enforcement physical training, he loves the program!

Anyone know if they have any in Eastern Suffolk or where I can find locations? I'm in Hampton Bays..would loooove to do this...(did this kind of training before & miss it)

There is a loc listed on LIF, you should contact them to see if they know of any by you. link
