Anyone else not able to sleep last night?
I woke up at 1 am and couls not go back down till like 3:30am!  Damn full moon!

i slept like i was in a coma!
yesterday was the LONGEST day for me so i couldn't wait to just crash!
my 9:30 flight yesterday morning ended up not taking off until 1:10! and we were STUCK on the plane the whole time  (except when they couldn't fix the part of the plane that was having problems and we had to switch planes!) and then i had a nice 6+ hour flight.... came home, did laundry, went food shopping...
i'm still tired

i layed in bed last night for over 3 hours trying to go to sleep, then when i do finally fall asleep i need to pee or have to move bc my side hurts

I finally fell asleep around 7am this morning....That was with a little help from Mr. Benadryl.....I was sleeping pretty good there for a while.....

Is that what it was... I was up at 2am and fell asleep at 3 but tossed and turned for the rest of the morning...

I wake up at least 3 times a night to the go to the bathroom. last night I woke up a couple of more times than the norm because I have a cold  .

i got up at 2:30 to go pee..and tossed and turn forever after that. it was probably almost 5 by the time i feel back asleep...then i was up before 6 for work.
sucks big time!!
