Anyone elses DC look young/small for their age??
I guess Erin is following in mommy's footsteps!! 
We had her 1 year appt on tuesday and she is measuring in the 25th percentile for height and weight. Now the head circumference is another story.. My children have rather large heads. Anyway...
People always think she is 7, 8-9 months old, and are shocked that she is almost 13 months.
Now, I am 27, and most people I meet for work think I am 18! I am also 5'2.. so I know I look young.
Ryan on the other hand, takes after his father, who is 6'4. Ryan is a bruiser too, nothing petite about him. So I guess lucky for us that my son is like DH, and my daughter is like me, and not the other way around!

Big Head...Little Body....looks young for their age....sounds like my twins.
At 9 1/2 you'd think my twins were about 7 (although lately that is starting to change a bit as they become preteens)
They are at about the 5th Percentile for height and abit more for weight..they are the tiniest little things and always have been. Caden, at 12 months, is bigger than they were at 2.
PS...they grow into the head.

Both my boys r very tiny.
We went to the doctor yesterday and at 1 1/2 years old--one is 22 lbs and one was like 20 lbs something ounces.
They wore size 9 mons shorts and they fell around their ankles! (no elastic in the front)
anyhow..they have extremely fast metabolisms and they eat ALOT.

Erin is a little piglet. She ALWAYS wants to eat, and loves to eat anything. I guess her metabolism is fast too, she eats more than my 2.5 year old sometimes!!

My g/g twins are exactly the same they're 1 1/2 y.o and they also weigh in at 20lbs and i always was getting worried about it and they do eat all their food and milk, 5th percentile too!

Thomas is almost 17 months and most people think he's younger. At his 15 month visit he was 20 pounds, 4 ounces. He's in the 5th and 10th or 10th and 15th percentile for weight and height and 25th for head.

Speaking of that very thing this morning, when I dropped DS off at daycare, the only other kid in the room was another small boy. THe teacher says (I forget her exact words), "Now I have both of my smallest kids". At 17 months, he's smaller than the other kids in the class and I've had moms say they thought he was younger. He's been in the 4-10% for weight and 25% for height. He was wearing 6-9 month clothes this summer.
