I haven't received anything like that. It sounds like a scam to me. I think ING & Sharebuilder are linked, but you shouldn't have to open a brokerage account in order to continue receiving your banking services.

I just emailed them BUT it seems their email address is [email protected] and that email was from [email protected].

and one about getting a mortgage thru them also

Me too.
I kept things where they were - I have a separate account for my stock trading through TD Ameritrade.
