Anyone have a good crock por roast recipe?
We decided last minute to cook a roast and my oven will be packed so its needs to be by crock pot

Pot roast + 1 bottle of italian dressing. Cook on low for 6-7 hours.

Italian Pot Roast
2.5 lbs boneless beef bottom round or chuck pot roast
¼ tsp black pepper
2 cups fresh or frozen baby carrots
1 stalk celery cut into 1 inch pieces
1 can Condensed Tomato soup
½ cup beef broth
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tsp dried basil
1tsp dried oregano
1tsp dried parsley
1 tsp vinegar
Season the roast with the pepper. Put the carrots and celery in the slow cooker. Top with the roast.
Stir the soup, water, garlic, herbs and vinegar in bowl. Pour over the roast.
Cook on low for 10 to 12 hours.
Serve with mashed potatoes
