Anyone know about carting scrap fence wood off property?

I put an add on Craigsist, but of course, all you do is get jerked around on there.

DH took down most of the wooden stockade fence we had up. We are on a time crunch here, and having to cut it all up and tie it up for the garbage men to take away is something we are trying to avoid.

Does anyone know of any companies or people that will come and take it and haul it away? Or how much this would be?

I had the same problem, who wants to bundle up 100' of fencing.Schedule a bulk pickup with your town, Cut the whole sections in half, stack em at the curb. They should take it that way.

We could use like 3-5 pieces of the stockade since we rent and I don't want DH spending money on a rental house anymore HAHA.

But just cutting them in half and budeling them should def. do the trick. Or, just put them by the curb, and do a curb alert on craig's list.

We put it all out to the curb and listed a "curb alert" on Craigslist. It was gone in a few hours.

ETS: Someone on here was looking for a few sections for their yard.
Maybe they will see this and offer to take some.
