I just canceled with them. The person on the phone originally told me that there was a cap of $2.83 but then the oil company told me $2.99 so I called Heatusa back. Then they told me they never said that and I should know better since I've been a customer since 2004...which is falso b/c I was a new customer and never had service with them! It just sounded shady.
Plus Slomin's gave me a better price and I've used them before. ETS Meenan quoted me $3.19 and Slomin's locked me in at $2.699

Just a FYI and I'm not entirely sure how it works but if you can coordinate with your neighbors and have delivery as a group by one provider, you can get a VERY good price. That is what we are doing with our new house and the price was really very good!
