I think DH and I are going to be going Sunday (he wants to join). If I don't like the new program, I'll probably just stick with the old.

i really hope its dealing with carbs and allowing more protein then high carb foods. I am constantly hungry and eat 1-2 pt starch items instead i could be eating chicken breast which is 4-5pts

THAT would be awesome. I have joined WW several times, stuck with the program to a tee and gained weight every time. I was told that this is because I'm insulin resistant and it doesn't regulate my carbs within any perimeter.

I'm worried because the current plan works for me.
From what I have heard the new plan (points plus) looks more at a well rounded diet and I love my carbs.
If I don't like the new plan, I'm going to stick with the old plan.

our leader told us that we'll like the new program. he said its real easy. he's been on it since october. they have to learn it before they teach us about the new program. he's lost 14 lbs on the program

I think it might, I know that different filling foods are weighted differently. The points slide wll no longer work, so you have to buy a calculator.

I'm nervous, but, excited! I go tomorrow AM.
My leader has been on it for a few weeks and is loving it.
Some of me is like "I hope she's not just saying that" LOL.
She also said the shelves will be stocked with foods and electronics!
I warned DH that tomorrow's meeting, I'll probably be home a little later than normal. LOL
I want to make sure I "Get it" and really scope out the shelves!
